Plumber, Pipefitter, or HVAC/RService Technician Union Apprentice Application Notice Apprenticeship applications for Plumber, Pipefitter, or HVAC/R Service Technician will be available at Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 104 Training Facility 86 Lower Westfield Rd. Holyoke MA 01040. Applications will only be available from June 6th to June 18th Monday to Saturday, 10am to 12pm. Applications must be picked up in person by the applicant and returned completed by July 1st @ 12pm. Applicants must be at least 18years of age at the time of hire, have valid driver's license, and have a high school or trade school diploma or have had successful results on the General Education Development Test (GED). Applicants must also be physically able to perform the work in these mechanical trades and must take and pass an aptitude test.
