Human Resource Director Austen Riggs Center is a private psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center internationally recognized for excellence in providing intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy in an open community. This hands-on human resource role manages all employment practices including: recruitment and selection, salary and wage administration, performance management, benefits administration, policy and procedure development, employee relations, leave of absence management, workers compensation, and employment regulatory compliance, HRIS data management, and credentialing. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ yrs. experience in Human Resources management role. Healthcare administration experience strongly preferred with an understanding of Joint Commission, DMH, and other regulatory standards.
