FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST/ HOME VISITOR $500 Hiring Bonus Join our dynamic EES Family Services Team! As part of the Windham Southeast School District (WSESD), Early Education Services, a Vermont Parent Child Center, and a Head Start & Early Head Start program, is an increasingly diverse community with an ongoing commitment to social justice and anti-racism. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us in furthering this work and are currently seeking a dynamic member to join our Family Services team as a Home Visitor. Primary duties include weekly visits to 12 infants and their families to provide education and case management services which include developmental guidance, child development activities and parenting support. As a partner with our families you will work to prepare young children for "school" and guide parents to achieve their goals. Our candidate should hold a minimum CDA or Associate Degree with 2 years of experience in Early Childhood, or Social Work, Psychology or Human Services with 6 verifiable credits in Early Childhood. You must be able to work independently a well as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, and be comfortable with the use of technology for email, data collection & monitoring etc. Child observation skills as well as knowledge of community resources are key.
