You will work closely with the general manager to establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate product deals, utilize data to determine top sales days and product needs, and ensure the dispensary is fully stocked at all times. Budtenders will provide friendly and helpful customer service, guiding customers to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs. While doing so, a budtender must maintain compliance with all cannabis retail regulations and keep the sales floor and display cases clean and orderly.
