Great Barrington Housing Authority PT Maintenance/ Cleaner Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Perform routine cleaning duties across all facility areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC units, lighting fixtures, plumbing, and electrical components. Assist with repairs involving residential painting, or other maintenance person tasks to uphold facility integrity. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance and cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies needed for ongoing maintenance tasks. Contribute to a clean, organized environment by performing cleaning duties as needed to support overall facility appearance. Hiring immediately for this part-time position.
