DALTON HOUSING AUTHORITY Maintenance Position Part-time The Dalton Housing Authority is accepting applications for a part-time maintenance worker for its state housing programs in the Town of Dalton. Duties include, assisting with unit turnovers, small repairs, snow removal. Candidate must be able to must be comfortable with a diversified population, possess a strong work ethic and must be able to work independently. Candidate will work under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director and full-time Maintenance person. Candidate must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license. 15 hours a week and some on-call hours.
